Once we have our network built in a neighborhood, we will start running fiber to the homes of people that have placed and confirmed their order with us! This work is done from the outside of your home and you don’t need to be home for this step. This can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks depending on the time of year.

  • Installation Scheduled

After the fiber has been connected to the outside of your home we will contact you via email or phone to schedule your installation. Our technicians extend the fiber line into your home and connect your fiber optic ONT (modem). Installations generally take 30-60 minutes. 

*Installation must be scheduled within 30 days after the fiber is run to your home or you will be charged a $100 installation fee.
